What Are We Looking For?

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing timelines of projects in a variety of industries and levels of involvement. You will be responsible for regular communication with designers and developers to ensure projects are staying on track and are successful, as well as providing regular updates to the Account Director regarding project statuses. You will work with the Director team to ensure efficient allocation of resources based on project needs. Communication is key - you should be able to relay information in a concise, clear manner and be able to accommodate the communication styles of others.

Every member of our team is expected to think big, push creative limits, and always keep the creative solution at the forefront...because if we’re not making a difference, what’s the point? As PM, you’ll bridge the gaps between strategy, creative, production, and business know-how.

Responsibilities

  • Managing timelines for multiple projects of varying scopes
  • Work with the Account Director to make sure scope and direction of each project is on schedule and client’s expectations are exceeded at every step of the project
  • Anticipating potential issues and then communicating with the Director team to plan for solutions
  • Keeping your cool and rallying team resources needed to solve any issues
  • Ability to understand and communicate the broad mechanics of the creative/technical process. And when you don’t know, being able to say “I’ll find out and get back to you”

Technical

  • Good understanding of responsive web design
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign)
  • Good understanding of MailChimp, Constant Contact, and other email services
  • Proficiency with Office/Google Docs & Keynote
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics

Education and Experience Required

  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, but not required
